How I gained confidence through my fitness journey

Located in Norwich, Norfolk, I came into Nutrition & Fitness after being told that I was borderline diabetic. That kick-started a fitness & nutrition journey where I lost nearly 6 stone, but it was not only the weight, it was the buzz that I got each gym visit to train and this led me to become a level 3 personal trainer, then on to do a level 4 Nutrition course.

I have kept the weight off for nearly 5 years and do not intend on putting it back! The confidence I have gained has to be the biggest thing to take away.

I aim to help women to become fitter, stronger and healthier.
